Teaching children has always been a speciality at the studio. Children are taught to walk away from a fight but if they have no other choice, they can defend themselves. This is the confidence they have instilled in them through their training, a confidence they can take into school and their daily lives.

The system we teach is a structured syllabus taking your child through all the throws, kicks, blocks and many other techniques. The classes are fun, exciting and informative. Through constructive and positive education we provide your child the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge from experienced and professional instructors.

The training programme is designed partly to develop martial art skills, but also increases your child's health, fitness, concentration, self discipline, self respect and the respect for others, which is something that seems to be some what lost in today's society. The training programme has been taught for over 25 years to children both in the UK and abroad and has proven results, with many parents coming back to the studio telling us how their child's school work has improved or how their child is no longer being bullied, all due to their new found confidence and skills.

We believe that the programme we are teaching is the best around due to the skill and dedication of the teachers, as well as the positive feedback we get from the parents. Our Dragon Warrior Classes are very popular, making us one of the largest children's martial arts schools in North London.

All classes are taught in a fun, enjoyable, relaxed but disciplined manner. We have a strong team of instructors led by Sigung Panos Geoghiou Black belt 5th Degree, Sifu Michael Kyriacou Black Belt 3rd Degree and Natalie Rossides Black belt 1st Degree assisted by a large number of senior brown belts, insuring all our Dragon Warriors get assistance and attention at all stages of their development with us.
